Since you chose to do an entire video about whether or not the Bible supports reparations without even once citing just ONE Biblical scripture, I decided to help you out.
The answer is a resounding "YES!" YES IT MOST CERTAINLY DOES! Allow me to educate you since you have chosen to speak on a matter which you are obviously highly prejudiced and partial.
Although you don't seem to know the formula by which such losses should be calculated, I can assure you, The Most High is an EXCELLENT accountant, and He's been keeping record of every horror visited upon his people. Rest assured, He has every intention of collecting.
Whether or not YOU believe you owe a dime is inconsequential to Yah Almighty. A debt is owed, and it will be paid...PERIOD! Do you know why? Of course you don't, so allow me to explain.
This nation is holding the CHILDREN OF ISRAEL in captivity. You read correctly...ISRAEL! And YES, I CAN PROVE IT! You see, my ancestors are from a land known as the Kingdom of Juda located on the West Coast of Africa.
You may know it today as Benin/Togo. They fled into this land during the time of the Roman occupation of Israel from 63 BC to 70 AD because Rome had no jurisdiction there.
The slave port, The Port of Ouidah (Judah) still remains today.
The Trans-Atlantic slave trade set up the fulfillment of a prophecy regarding the gathering of these same people at an appointed time. Allow me to refer you to Isaiah 11:12 "And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth."
This would be speaking of MY ANCESTORS who were dispersed from the SLAVE COAST of Africa on SLAVE SHIPS due to their disobedience and failure to adhere to the laws and commandments of our Elohim.
Whether or not YOU believe we are the Children of Israel is also inconsequential to The Most High. He knows who we are, where we are, and what we are owed. For the record, I don't expect anyone in this country to voluntarily pay one dime of reparations because my God's promises are "YEA" and "AMEN."
What promises am I speaking of? The one he made to his friend, Abraham in Genesis 15:13 wherein he spoke these words regarding his descendants:
14And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they COME OUT WITH GREAT SUBSTANCE.
So you see, it is indeed Biblical that after much time has passed that a people who have been enslaved can most certainly receive reparations, restoration, and compensation for their losses. Even if you don't believe that we are the Children of Israel, which we clearly are, to say that it is unbiblical that reparations should not be paid after such a lengthy period of time has passed, is untrue and utterly false.
I fully expect reparations as well as a FULL RETRACTION of your reckless and misguided words. And while my hope burns eternal for the former, I won't hold my breath waiting for the latter. Thank you for this opportunity to set the record straight. I pray you will receive this message in love and repent. I've included one more scripture below to further support exactly what I've stated in this message.
Sincerely,
Ruqiyah Hadassah
